Refund Policy

We are happy to assist and manage all of your return or exchange requests! Our return policy is valid for 3 days for food items from the date the item was received, and only applies if the item is new, in resaleable condition, consumable components and accessories still sealed with packaging and all packing materials. Based on this, the product will be exchanged or refunded within 3 days.

• If you wish to replace or return the product, you must contact us through the communication channels available on the site or by sending an email to [email protected] in order to register a return or retrieval request, or by delivering the request to one of the Al-Hil Corner branches attached with the receipt notification sent to your phone or order invoice.
• The customer has the right to return the product within 3 days from the date of receipt, provided that the product is intact and no change has occurred. The customer bears the full shipping costs, and the cost of the product is returned to the customer within 14 working days.
• If the product is defective, or does not conform to the specifications that were determined at the time of purchase, the customer has the right to replace or return the product within 14 days, and in this case the customer must send proof of shipping costs indicating: the consignment number - shipping - and the cost. The customer then has the right to get the full amount back.
• Comprehensive products in discounts and offers are not exchangeable or refundable, with the exception of a defect in the product.

Products cannot be returned or exchanged in the following cases:

• Return is not accepted after 3 days from the date of receipt, and exchange is not accepted after 7 days.
• When the product is changed from its original condition for any reason
• When used beyond the purpose of the experiment.
• Products that were manufactured at the request of the customer according to the specifications he specified.
